      No Cons. We make our job what we want it and even though there can be negative components its how we choose to show up everyday and live our values.

      9am-6pm shifts. A ton of autonomy. Great team/Co workers. Easy to advance.

      Cons

      Lack in transparency of pay, especially between new hires and seasoned employees. Autonomy can also be a detriment if you don't hold yourself accountable.
