Farfetch environment is great Office perks (free breakfast and lunch, all day bread, milk, yogurt and cereal)

Cons

Due to the layoffs, the teams are thinned, and the workload is way bigger. Low morality, managers are hush hush about everything. Just generally bad management, incompetence
