      - good worklife balance - lots of talented colleagues to learn from - staff discount

      Cons

      - A lot of favouritism and politics (only favourites get projects) - disorganized and chaotic management - no progression - lack of clear strategy for company on the whole

      All that glitters ain't gold

      Pros

      Easy work. Stacked kitchen. Nice office space. Catered lunch

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. You are promoted based of likeability. Hostile work environment. Terrible catered lunches, never ate them. Constant threats of disciplinary action. Horrible customers. During peak management does not care about your sanity. They think 16/hr is a sustainable income for living in Los Angeles. Over worked. Time micro managed.

All of our Managers globally receive Management Training to make sure they are equipped to lead their teams to success.       Great Company for Very Senior Staff Only

      Pros

      The company is very focused on knowing how satisfied the staff are with the current job. Would arrange numerous events or activities to try building that sense of belonging and the culture.

      Cons

      - Few to no career progression possibilities. - Very disconnected between teams and regional offices. No one is willing to take ownership of the responsibility to make decisions causing the work for junior staff really difficult. - A lot of manual work for operational teams across offices to create the false outlook of a tech company. - No bonus payout after IPO.

      We're always trying our best to build a sense of belonging for all Farfetchers so we really appreciate this feedback. In our most recent engagement survey, 88% of Farfetchers felt included as part of the team when they're with their coworkers. We have implemented multiple tools to make global communications between teams and offices a seamless experience and we're continuously making improvements. For example, we're currently improving our video conferencing system to make life easier for all Farfetchers! We're proud of all the amazing things we achieved in 2018, including our IPO that enabled us to deliver value to our investors but also to Farfetchers, sharing our long term success through equity. Our compensation philosophy combines a variety of rewards and benefits that are a true symbol of our values and our culture, where everyone benefits and bonus is just a part of the overall package.
