The followings depend on your team, but are true in my case: - Good company culture ie nice team work, and good vibes - Good work/life balance - Flexible time - you start early, you finish early - Inclusivity - whether you are from a minority, or are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or even just a permanent remote employee, - Snacks every day - Bonus

Cons

- Carreer progression - slow. You might get a promotion every 3-4 years, - Salary raise with promotions is usually 10% - Redundancies - take into consideration the company has been going through redundancies every 6 months for the past 2 years.

Senior Management, and up to Exec level, are terrible at communicating and leading. They lost touch with the teams and what we do.
