Career path is confuse or dubious. The company has to many managers there’s a lot of talk about they are very concerned with all, but in fact, most of the things they do is marketing to attract people in…. Salaries aren’t according position and responsibility, mostly is luck or being friends with the direct manager. Many young people and with all the parties around, sometimes it looks like a university instead of a working place.
