      Pros

      - Even with the layoffs, there are still some people keeping the old Farfetch spirit - People still care about product - Amazing team with amazing people

      Cons

      - The new leadership came with a very different mindset and way of working, which is still TBD if it's an improvement - A company is made by its people, and it's slowly losing the people who made the company great
