      Pros

      - working with high performance team - part of transition change journey since acquisition making it an exciting time to join - compensation is strong which includes guaranteed annual quarterly award - fun place to work with great job satisfaction

      Cons

      - going through lots of change with high demands which isn’t for everyone - need to be a self starter with lots of initiative as it is lean team where everyone’s output needs to be counted
