With regard to your constructive feedback, we have recently launched a new framework called GO FAR which relates to multiple elements of our People Team processes, including career development and total reward. GO FAR provides more structure and clarity to these processes, enabling every Farfetcher to thrive. We also truly care about our people, both in and outside of work, which is demonstrated through our recent Caring Days and Making Work, Work For You initiatives. Both of these initiatives put Farfetchers' happiness and well-being at the centre of everything we do, which is particularly important during these uncertain times.
