Casual environment, good discounts, and benefits.

Cons

Low salaries, they embrace and recognize only foreign people. Unorganized, blame culture, quantity over quality, bad management and supervisors in the studios and unqualified, a lot of psychology contracts, a lot of job advertising an idea of a company culture that doesn't happen anymore. Company doesn’t really care about staff, constant lack of communication and consistency!
