      Still a big name to work at

      Cons

      Farfetch was the company to work for regarding culture, career, and benefits. Not anymore... Salary is horrible, the previous owner's guaranteed benefits are gone, and there is high pressure and work overload from new management.

      Half of the team is very lazy and loves procrastination, the other half is overwhelmed and underpaid, no separation of duties , zero desk top procedures, no knowledge transfer , everyone thinks that you’re up to take their position. You’re their enemy from day one.
