We have listened to the feedback from Farfetchers about needing greater transparency and support around career development and we are currently launching a new framework called GO FAR. In terms of salary, we are focused on offering a competitive Total Rewards package for all Farfetchers which comprises of salary, performance bonus, benefits and equity. Our new GO FAR model strives to ensure that all Farfetchers feel fairly rewarded for their contribution to the Farfetch mission. We are also currently rolling out a Global Manager Training programme to equip all of our managers with the tools to support and grow their teams.
