      Great values, great work environment

      Pros

      Great work environment, the company respects the workers, and I never had to take a day off to go to the doctor or the bank.

      Cons

      Because of the fast growth, I feel that the overall quality of employees decreased. Some are not capable enough for the roles that they were assigned, and many more capable people that were already in the company were not considered for higher positions.

      Pros

      Everyone has a voice. It's a great opportunity being inside such a company and see how it is growing. Learning everyday

      Cons

      The company is still young (10 years) even if we have done a lot of things already. We are still learning from mistakes and implementing new procedures

      Fast paced and innovative environment with room to grow It's a community driven company Strong and relatable values Great benefits There's room to fail and learn from it Overall, it's indeed a great place to work and to be part of it's mission.

      Cons

      There are still some things that need to improve, but that only provides opportunities to create a better place to work.
