      Years of hard work, sweat, and tears now worthless due to incompetent leadership

      Met a few intelligent, hardworking stars here. Built many meaningful friendships during my time here by suffering and persevering through challenges with others

      Cons

      - Incompetent leadership continuously made dumb and extravagant purchases, consistently piling on debt to a non-profitable company. As a result, the company provided NO EMPLOYEE BONUSES for two years. Instead they provided small RSU packages which are worthless now. - None of the aforementioned purchases ever improved Farfetch's core offerings or business capabilities, ultimately being useless investments.

      Terrible HR, terrible salaries, great workers

      Great talent, bets on youth. Great as a first job.

      Cons

      Uses small company perks to justify very low salaries. Promotions are friend based which creates poor leadership with no leading talent. If you disagree with a lead or with HR, you won't last long. CEO is clueless of what really happens in the office.
