      - Great inclusive and caring culture - True purpose of making people grow - Good compensation and benefits - Extensive freedom to contribute with your ideas and be heard

      Cons

      - Overall lack of strategic and operational focus - Poor management and low standards Both of these factors did not help the business to be successful (although the recent acquisition by Coupang proved that the business has extreme potential if well managed).
