      - People are incredibly nice, warm, and helpful - Great benefits and work environment (discounts, socials)

      Cons

      - Middle management (in general) grew with the company during 2019-2020 and many people were put into leadership positions when they shouldn't have been - Executive leadership lacked focus and excellence (too focused on buzzy headlines than actually building a company) - Middle Management (in general) spent too much time politicking and making ego-driven decisions and relied on their direct reports to do the work without promoting them
