      Pros

      -great way to kick start your career in IT - decent training -great academy with experienced rainers -great summer parties -work with big established companies -meet great people

      Cons

      -pay is pretty poor -you are slave to fdm for 2 years -exploitation : No sick or Holiday pay. You have to move to wherever they place you, You have to go for any position they place you even though you may not be keen on the role. When your no longer an asset to them they kick you out even though the situation may not be in your hands i.e

      Pros

      - provide extensive training - provides opportunity with top clients - trainers knowledgeable as have been employed in the field you are training in. - nice office environment - amazing summer party - meet and network with like minded indivuals - you learn a lot about what role you are training for (really intensive training with tests weekly)

      Cons

      - Cant specifically choose role available (can state an interest and will be listened to, however to placed with first company where you have a sucessful interview) - Need to be ready to move UK wide in short notice eg. 2/3 days. - 20 days holiday which 3 have to be used over christmas - Salary not a high as collegues when placed with company..but would get the opportunity without FDM (maybe)

      Pros

      - The training is pretty decent and you will learn quite a lot of interesting information, but this depends on the stream you take - They can get you placed in a top blue chip firm and help accelerate your career - The trainers in my office were really nice and helpful - You'll probably meet other trainees that are nice

      Cons

      - Poor salary, especially if you find out how much they charge their clients for you - Many people started getting paid for their training after we started, when we raised the issue they insulted us - The account managers that "help" place look down on you and you are generally at the bottom of the chain in the company, no one will respect you there - They do not care which of their clients you want to work for, you go where you are told whether you like it or not - Essentially to them you are just a commodity to be sold. - People within the company will lie to you, especially to try and get you to join their scheme, I fell for these lies
