A fantastic organisation that provides amazing opportunities into the IT world
Pros
The FDM training academy provided a great learning environment, with trainers offering one to one support when needed. FDM also provided me with valuable training in professional skills and prepared me for what to expect when interviewing. They worked with my strengths and ensured that I was put forward for the job roles that best suited my ability. FDM’s experience has marked a before and an after in my professional life as a means to kick off my career in a way I would not have been able to do myself. I would fully recommend joining FDM as I found it to be an exciting experience after university to be working in an industry I am so passionate about!
Cons
I wouldn't class this as a con, but some might not like the fact that you have to be geographically flexible. This has never been an issue for me as it is exciting to be able to be put on projects in various locations with one of FDM's major blue-chip clients.
