      Shockingly depressing place of work. Disgusted Just left with 20k of free training.......apparently...

      Pros

      If you're a tester or developer then yes it's good. Testers fly out like flies around manure.

      Cons

      I was a PMO.....disgusted ....first PMO stream in Manchester and I do not have a single good thing to say. Account managers here do not deal with PMO.....so no contact. London account managers are so impotent. In their jobs they do not even know names of trainees in Manchester, they have clearly given placements to people they favour. A trainee here left .....after not being placed. An IT graduate with a Computing degree. If an IT company can't get a job for an IT grad....it says it all. This place is a joke. Took 3months to hire a new head of PMO after the former left.....not surprised he left. The structure is shocking and communication is even worse. Account managers treat you like dirt and don't email/call unless they want to.

      Pros

      Adequate training with competent trainers (for dev streams at least). Opportunities to work abroad if you prove competent. Guaranteed Interviews with top companies if you display promise.

      Cons

      Training is sink or swim, if you don't keep up you will quickly get left behind. Whether you get a job is based on how competent you are at both your discipline and interview techniques. You are "FDM's product" and it certainly feels like it. Salary could be better.
