      Ask internal employees since they are the ones posting positive reviews...

      Cons

      Don't be fooled - every single high rating review you see on here has been posted by an internal FDM employee. Recruiters and Account Managers are expected to post positive reviews in order to filter out the negative, honest ones. That is all.

      If you live in London, FDM might work for you.

      FDMs ex-forces program is very poor. They are over filling their courses and cannot place the candidates. Of the 12 members of my Course, FDM failed to place 5 of them within 60 days of the end of the course. 4 were ‘released’ to apply for other jobs. I would not recommend the FDM course and would strongly advise any potential candidates to think carefully before joining. If you do join, ensure you are able to support yourself for a minimum of 4 months as FDM do not pay you during your course or the 60days post course.
