Pros

Getting paid to learn skills relevant to IT industry, support prior to and during placement, wide variety of IT roles available exclusively to FDM consultants, encourages FDM consultants at the same client to support each other during placement, potential to be onboarded permanently to client organisation, FDM consultants events throughout the year.

Cons

Minimal salary as a Graduate IT Consultant, 2 year placement minimum requirement, onboarding to client organisation is not guaranteed, potential role type/availability is subject to job market, software developer training program may be difficult for those from non-IT backgrounds

Can't think of any really.

Cons

Entire company structure seemed to constantly be changing and they didn't seem to know where or what they actually wanted me doing, with me being switched between teams several times, sometimes with the same boss, sometimes without a clue at all who my superior was, and sometimes with a completely new boss that was only there part time. They also had an issue with trying to hire me a React Developer(Specifically that role, title and job description only for React) to work on Non-react projects including php and WordPress.
