-Worryingly low salary -Lack of career progression (would take over 3 years to become a senior) -Commission depends what team you work on -Company makes money off exploiting diverse consultants but has the least diverse sales team, management or board that I have ever seen in this sector (diversity just means more women to them) hence why clients don’t really believe in their offering -How much you enjoy your job depends on how much you are liked by senior management -Opportunities are only really there for those related to or those friends with management -Toxic culture from senior management and sales team is glorified whilst other teams neglected -Literally no benefits, 17 days holiday and 4-5 days in the office
