      - Good training - Gives you a foot in the door to the professional world especially when you have little experience in the field. - staff are friendly and aren't afraid to help you when you need it.

      Cons

      -low pay. the training makes sense, but after getting on the client site, it could be a little more than it is now. (not bad but could be better)
