      lots of opportunities to work at various companies and gain good experience in various fields as well as fast track into permanent jobs

      valuable Australian financial technology connections. they got me a good roles at NAB and then CBA, now that I've almost finished my time with I'll be going into a secure position with CBA.

      Cons

      paid less than you would be otherwise. FDM's connections come at the cost of letting them take a fraction of what you could be earning. If you already know someone that can get you a job at a major tech business, then do that, but if not, FDM might be worth the cost.
