      You cant find a better place to work internationally, within your desk you could have people around the world, from Africa to south America to middle east, Asia and south east Europe

      Work in the field is challenging and rewarding. You'll be given responsibility quickly and learn a lot. The 'lifers' are mostly genuinely great people. The organization's mission drives you to do great work.

      Cons

      Pay was mediocre; politics in the organization can sometimes prevent progress; they lose good people because advancement is poorly managed. Dysfunction in the field is sometimes ignored by headquarters.
