      Good company with good benefits but frequent management changes

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, very good people.

      Cons

      No opportunities to grow even if you are a high potential candidate. Management keeps changing so do their experiments and goals. Employee focus is missing. Work culture is not per current generation.

      Could be a decent job for the right person, but definitely not me.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good people to work with.

      Cons

      They seem to have little regard for my skills and work preferences. I signed on for electronic design work, but in the 15 months I've been here, I haven't had a single design project to do; only troubleshooting, rework and paperwork. Not a very flexible schedule either, for an engineering department.
