A comprehensive benefits package with a matching 401k and a defined pension plan. A bonus program in good years.

Cons

I would have appreciated more training opportunities. Can be quite cyclical due to being tied closely to the oil and gas industry.

Pros

Opportunity for growth, worldwide presence. Good benefits. Usually start with 10 days vacation, 24 hours personal time, 11 paid holidays, good amount of paid sick leave. New top management is taking the company to new levels.

Cons

Vacation is only 10 days for 5 years, for a big company like this they should improve on this. Lower level management needs some refreshment. The upper VP, CEO and CFO level is almost brand new.
