Great people! Flexible work - some ability to work from home - for those at HQ. Promising future.

Still making a lot of operational changes (though they are overall good) so some changes ongoing.

For Freshers, it's a great place to learn a new technology and ERP's. Also, for all employees it's a place to learn and develop their skills. Seniors and Management are friendly.

Cons

There are no cons for this organization. But Work life balance need to be concentrated.
