Good place to coast while you find something better.

Pros

Endless overtime, Fair pay for local work, Very nice HSE staff.

Cons

Toxic work environment, Nepotism throughout the shop and front office, Most of the senior staff are only working there still because they are trapped by their pensions, Consistently "voluntold" to preform work outside your job description, Expected to learn as you work and told you're not working fast enough while you try teaching yourself, No career progression because of said nepotism. The shop itself is run down, and corporate doesn't care to invest in fixing it. Asking for any kind of tooling or fix to equipment that could increase productivity is filed in the "g-bin".
