Pros

The company has good corporate values to which individuals can easily relate. The company also has lots of initiatives and process improvement related projects that can expend our knowledge.

Cons

There are times when the number of projects trigger too much work or even if you can fit into the 8 hours schedule, sometimes the work you do can exhauste you a lot, but the workload and the level of exhaustion also depends on which team you work for and on your position level. Nevertheless, the more experience you gain by way of putting yorself there to create value, the more valuable you are on the job market.
