      Pros

      Fortinet was a decent place to work. It provided stable employment with good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      There was a lot of disconnect between upper management and the employees on my team. We never really had a good idea of where the company was taking our team. Also, when we were hired we were told we would get a bonus up to X amount, but when we received significantly less than X, we were never told why.
