      - salary and bonus is nice - you dont have to use your brain - job is the same everyday

      Cons

      - management does not care about you, if you raise any issue they will not like it and you will be fired if you do it often. - bugs stays forever - you are busy closing alerts all day - no career growth

      Cons

      Management can be quite overwhelming with your day to day activity, even after quota has been exceeded. Some lack basic flexibility, and make your life quite difficult even after quarterly goals have been achieved.
