Layoffs while understaffed already As an employee here, you feel like means to an end rather than a human being contributing value to the company Even if individual members of leadership try to advocate, top-down seems to reinforce poor management of employees. Very dismissive of anything outside of what makes the company more money, including limiting growth or hiring enough staff. This is how myself and several others I work with feel, but of course, experience is subjective so feel free to explore it yourself. Just ensure if you choose to work here that you have backups in case you want to leave and don’t feel it’s a fit for you
