      Pros

      what I heard from mgr: you should work for extra hours, if you work slow. Although company won't pay you extra, but it's your responsibility to make it up.

      Cons

      0 bonus, 0 promote, after you work extra hours to get something done, you cannot even hear an 'thank you.'

      Decent colleagues but senior management is apathetic and number crazy

      Nice office decent workplace try to get into sales/account management team instead of business development

      Cons

      Senior Manager (Director level and above) don't care about employees. NOT GOOD if you are an immigrant and need visa sponsorship. They will make empty promises and keep putting more pressure on you. The Business Development wing does not support career progression opportunities.
