Business Outlook
Pros
Have had the opportunity to work with a lot of great people, people that are willing to help you succeed. Company has products that lead the industry in many different areas. Growth over last couple of years especially has been incredible.
Cons
Company pushing to grow sales team aggressively, leading territories to get smaller and quotas increasing on average 20-30% each year. Territories are not crowded yet but heading in that direction.
