      Great products but bad culture

      Pros

      It is a great place to learn. Thankful for my personal great management team that allows my continued growth. It works for me on my current team.

      Cons

      Great responsibilities but CEO does not empower management team. No ESPP. No diversity. Employees do not feel valued by CEO.
