      There is an amazing openness to Fortinet. It is a fun, hardworking, growing company that is always looking for ways to hire on more women and other minorities to have the most comprehensive, diverse and culturally dynamic workplace as possible.

      There is honestly no downside of working here. I love every minute of it.

      No remote work allowed Pay parking, seriously?!? Poor/non-existent communication, no team building Meetings in Mandarin, exclusion of non-Chinese employees Cliquey workplace culture, if you're out you're out Terrible, outdated bug/work tracking tools Strict/arbitrary rules Cubicle culture, separated teams AV software with huge security holes/backdoors, not exactly a recipe for long-term market success No bonuses/perks, salary increase minimal Closed management culture which does not welcome new ideas or approaches
