      There are many pros to be on Fortinet. It's the first security company around the world. You have the opportunity to growth with the company such as social and professionally. You are involved on help the company to continue the growing process and be part of his success all over the world. More than a job, it's a family.

      The cons of each person are different, but you will be sure that as soon as you are inside the company, the cons will be transformed on challenges and at the end, you can see the old cons as pros.

      Can learn multiple technologies, Like APp security, Firewall, Siem etc

      Poor management and they don't take care of the employees

      Pros

      My On-boarding experience was nothing like I've ever experienced before. HR has done a great job in creating a New Hire Orientation that engages managers to present to the new hires to provide information on their perspective departments; very informative. The team made me feel very welcome and put together a detailed agenda for my first week of employment. The company promotes work/life balance which is great! The culture is also pretty awesome, especially once you get to know everyone!

      Cons

      Seems like some managers are resistant to change. The company has grown significantly in the last two years and with that, some new processes and procedures have been implemented. Some are adapting to the new processes, others are not!
