Business Outlook
Pros
Each day something new to study and to investigate. Teams are strong. So there is who to ask for consultation. We may choose what want to mainly focus (usually). Of course the technical capabilities of each team member are growing.
Cons
Sometimes the job is really hard and challenging. But is it generally wrong? Sometimes we are loosing experienced engineers just because they need relax. Not all people can do this job for years.
