      Pros

      fast react, target focus. Friendly co-worker, in most case

      Cons

      No management, you are everything you have. No one tell you or maybe no one real knows what is the next step and the future is. No bonus, manager will not appreciate your work. Region conflict and no very cooperate.

      Stressless, friendly, but boring and not career plan

      Pros

      - The working environment is completely stressless. You can take as much time as you want to complete your tasks. Even near the release deadlines you won't feel that much stress like other companies. - Has a friendly culture. People's behavior is very nice.

      Cons

      - There is no career plan for employees. - The tasks are usually very boring. Maybe that is why it is stressless. - The main language in the working environment is Mandarin! - Very few session between team members.

      Great technology in a well paying company

      You learn a lot technically Very diverse and intelligent customer base Great products Non-executive employees are helpful and nice

      Cons

      No work/life balance No appreciation from execs for the long hours and hard work of employees Upper Management is very cheap - the smallest items are questioned on expense reports. There is very little money for employee development.
