      Pros

      Good hardware. Innovative software features.

      Cons

      Poor marketing. Bad middle management. Ineffective software QA. Time consuming TAC process. They want to be a Fortune 100 partner but they aren't mature enough to be there. The company has no internal directory so it's difficult to find contacts. They do this to "protect" their employers from poachers; I guess the CEO hasn't heard of LinkedIn.

      Pros

      Really aren't any. Very fragmented and confused management. Never sure where they are headed. Very much the knee jerk effect

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Just had a layoff. Fired a guy who was in the middle of cancer treatments. Who would want to work for these guys. I couldn't believe it. But they got away with it because they had a downsizing. They knew he was sick.

      Great Products, they pay well and you can make money

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Extremely poor leadership. Culture is terrible, couldn't care less about their people. A lot of infighting and mistrust.
