      Pros

      Great products, great benefits, decent compensation plan but on target earnings are not very achievable. Good supporting sales tools and competitive data.

      Cons

      Management lacks realistic sales expectations. Reorganization happens every quarter. MSP business model for targeted accounts lacks architecture to support sales for all product sets. Processes and procedures are outdated.

      Pros

      looks like all the talented people already left the company. The existing Meru Managers/former employees do not know anything about the product.. If you know the domain.. you can rule here. flexible working hours. but,, lot of pressure on the new joinees.. because existing people do not know the product.

      Cons

      Managers put all the burden on the engineer.. and simply relax and looking for scape-goats.. least bothered about software process. Maintaining the existing product.. no encouragement to the new talent.
