      There aren't any major cons, it seems the executive leadership is investing in all the right places to position everyone for success

      Pros

      - Great oppertunity to learn cutting edge technologies/products in network security - Great social oppertunities with some of the best hackers in the world - Well maintained and organized insterests clubs - Very good healthcare insurance package - Free OT dinner (Nice to have but....see cons) - Some of the smartest and nicest co-workers to work with - Great engineer culture

      Cons

      - Office environment needs to be improved as some facilities are outdated - Some particular teams are mismanaged and very hard to work with (although some teams are great) - No free parking - OT dinner really need to improve quanlity and increase buget as people stay later for important works and deserve a nice meal to relief from pressure - Not very competitive salary for testers and QA compare to other dev positions
