      Great place to work!!! but Lowest salary increment

      Flexible working hours Great work life balance

      Cons

      No effective Rewards and Recognition programs. Salary hike is too low especially when you report to US manager directly. Restricted Stock units are not provided at once, they are vested in different intervals.

      Fortinet has so many products, and it created so many job opportunities every year. The company always keep running to catch the newest technology to protect safety for business and personnel.

      Cons

      It's difficult to find the people with network and software/hardware background. We need more people to know Fortinet and apply job for it.
