      Great Place to be in a fast growing Company

      Great Products and Solutions. Broad Portfolio around Data Security. Solid Cloud Security products. Lots of Power in the Regions and not "US dominated"

      Internal Communication from Execs down to field People isn't very good. Marketing doesn't appear to be a focus at all.

      - Salary was great. not very likely to make the same amount of money elsewhere -

      Cons

      - No focus or vision beyond 3-4 month timeframe - Roadmap changes so often that there was no roadmap - Market new about new product before internal people - Chinese development focus. If we can sell it, we will make it. I have seen forti-product being developed, because they could. Not because if make sense businesswise
