      Good technology, broad set of solutions, becoming well known in their market, core products work well, newer products are improving

      Cons

      Products released before they are truly ready for market - marketing materials not ready, QA not really complete Difficult to navigate within the company - it can be hard to find the right people

      Pros

      Really aren't any. Very fragmented and confused management. Never sure where they are headed. Very much the knee jerk effect

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Just had a layoff. Fired a guy who was in the middle of cancer treatments. Who would want to work for these guys. I couldn't believe it. But they got away with it because they had a downsizing. They knew he was sick.

      very fast growing coimpany with very competitive core products, good yoy growth (>30%) in region and good salary/package

      Cons

      too many "old" (company years) employees, few new spirit, poor integration of new team members, old school management, people w/o experience but good relationship to manager in important positions, often failing with decisions
