Pros

Salary, benefits and compensatios are really good. Perhaps one of the few companies that provides their employees with equipment so they can practice and and achieve their technical certifications. The company is really flixible regarding their employee needs. The HQ in Mexico city are really well located, The view is amazing and is really confy. Open doors policy really apply here.

Cons

If you are not used to be paid on a montly basis, this may be something to consider.

Excellent organisational structure with managers having technical expertise great pay scales and benefits great work with adaption of new technology support from management regarding most hardware requirements
