      Pros

      Well, I guess working at Fortinet is better than being raped in prison but not by very much. Location is good since I live in Sunnyvale.

      Cons

      Engineering management is really incompetent and has no respect for people. No PTO. No bonus, Almost every project is a failure, so managers line up scapegoats early.

      Exposure. The ppl. You get a lot of hands on and op to learn and develop.

      Cons

      Working at a corporation has it's cons and they're all pretty much the same no matter where you are so listing them out would be silly. You have your good days here and then you have your bad days. That's the corporate life!!
