      Pros

      The word "Great" is not enough for Fortinet. HR Person simply personified HUMAN Resource responsibilities, which normally doesn't happen elsewhere. Valuable induction with absolutely useful information in a concise manner. Haven't and I think we might not experience a joining formality smoother than this. An environment with people completely down to earth and received a warm welcome from everyone. Unparalleled benefits, which I think is the best in market. I literally started experience the perfect work-life balance and I am sure it stays this way. Finally, I am in a place where humans are valued.

      Monotonous. Pretty much always doing the same thing. Virtually no chance of career advancement or growth.
