      Great opportunity to learn in the first year. Above average salary. Nice colleague.

      Cons

      Team leaders are tech savvy but know little about management. Open source society atmosphere but poor technical decision and process control. Competent coworkers but never be valued.

      working time is little bit long. Lunch time isn't counted to working hour.

      Pros

      Great place to be if you are a total gear head. Fortinet makes an incredible product and despite lack of traditional "enterprise" market recognition has continued to grow install base world wide and revenue aggressively for the past few years.

      Cons

      An engineering company run by engineers some time investing in areas that make no sense while ignoring areas that scream opportunity. Fortinet's marketing makes Barracuda's look compelling. Marketing here is simply a joke and does not accurately describe the company position or ability. Communication and infrastructure is a nightmare. You are pretty much on your own here day to day unless you are in HQ.
