      Compensation is lacking behind other companies. Culture is very unique. Lack of leadership and roadmap. No career development.

      flexible work hour free dinner if you work after 7pm

      Cons

      Lack of direction and no clear requirement. No on job training. This company does not provide any technical training. No formal development process. Still run like a start up company. Lack of diversity. More then 3/4 of the employees are Chinese and Mandarin is the most common language used in the office.
